Open Source Controls, LLC is searching for the following positions:
- Our ideal candidate will be a reliable professional able to achieve balance between customer orientation and account management
- Must be a highly organized, self-starter who uses a results-driven approach
- Will have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Have experience estimating labor and parts for a variety of projects including bid projects and customer direct projects.
- Develops and maintains relationships with potential and existing customers in the controls and building automation fields.
- Identify and locate new customers through a variety of methods, including networking and cold calls.
- Apply knowledge of the field and product features to match products to the needs of customers.
- Answer inquiries from customers concerning products, their uses, and the industry at large.
- Play a vital role towards process improvement, increased sales efficiency, and company branding.
- Drive profitable revenue growth, with a gross margin objective as defined in the Account Manager Offer Agreement
- BA in business administration, sales, or marketing (desired)
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, or in other sales/customer service role
- Experience in the field of controls automation (preferred)
- Working knowledge of sales methods and principles
- Knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of a CRM software is a plus
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
